3, To make an exercise plan.It is necessry for you to make an exercise if you work for the whole day at office.You’d better take regular exercise, so that you become engergic and dynamic.Pleople usually become spiritless and tiredly easily if they don’t take exercise enough.This can affact their health as well as your working effect.

4,It is alsl important to control your appetite and food. It is very good for you to take more fresh vegetables and fuits.And you should control your selft to eat appropriate food that are rich in fat and cholesterin.
